'Add Meeting Date'
Description
If your Meeting Formula has not been able to calculate a meeting date and therefore it is not listed in 'Upcoming Meeting Dates', you can add it by clicking on 'Add Meeting Date'. On the subsequent screen you will be able to enter the date of the meeting and specify whether it is an Installation Meeting.
Please DO NOT enter meeting dates more than 2 years in the future as the system will generate these once they fall within two years in the future.
Please Note: To move a meeting date by Dispensation, please use the 'Dispensations' screen.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1: Open the 'Lodge Information' screen within 'Lodge Management'
Step 2: Click the 'Add Meeting Date' button
Step 3: Enter the 'New Meeting Date'
Step 4: Select whether it is an Installation Meeting using the dropdown
Step 5: Click 'Save'
Step 6: Upon reading the confirmation message, click 'OK' to confirm the change
Step 7: Your Regional Admin Office will now need to approve the meeting date.
Additional Information
• Election Month (and the related meeting) is currently calculated as the meeting prior to the Installation Meeting. THerefore if you find that the wrong meeting is being listed as Election (or your Election Meeting is showing as Regular) it may be that a meeting date is missing or an extra meeting is causing the issue. Please check the 'Upcoming Meeting Date' list and ensure that these are accurate and this should address the issue.
