'Lodge Information' / 'Chapter Information' Screen




Description

The Lodge/Chapter Information screen allows you to review information held against your Lodge/Chapter. This is primarily months, such as Subscription, Election and Installation Month but also includes the Meeting Place and Meeting Formula. We strongly recommend you review this screen when you first gain access to Hermes as part of your Data Initiation process.

Additionally, you can see a list of upcoming meeting dates. These are calculated from your Meeting Formula and should be accurate in the majority of cases, however, if you notice any dates are missing these can be added by using the 'Add Meeting Date' button. If a meeting date is incorrect, please contact your Regional Admin Office. 

Please Note: To move a meeting date by Dispensation, please use the Dispensation screen.




Options Available

•  'Add Meeting Date' - Allows you to add a meeting date that has not been calculated by the Meeting Formula.


Additional Information

• Election Month (and the related meeting) is currently calculated as the meeting prior to the Installation Meeting. THerefore if you find that the wrong meeting is being listed as Election (or your Election Meeting is showing as Regular) it may be that a meeting date is missing or an extra meeting is causing the issue. Please check the 'Upcoming Meeting Date' list and ensure that these are accurate and this should address the issue.
