Introduction to Hermes

Description

In this section you can find useful information aimed at new users to Hermes, such as introductory videos explaining and demonstrating what Hermes is and how it will benefit yourself and the rest of the membership. You can also find information relating the screen design and navigation of Hermes, as well as Data Initiation Tasks which we recommend are completed within the first week or two of getting access to Hermes.

•  What is Hermes? - If you want to learn more about what Hermes is, and how it will benefit you, please start here.

•  The 'Help Hub' & 'Support System' - The 'Help Hub' and 'Support System' will help you with guidance, training and support with Hermes.

•  Screen Layout & Navigation Basics - Here you can learn about the fundamental screen design of Hermes and common features such as the 'Identity Bar' and 'Navigation Menu' which help you quickly navigate the system.

•  Data Initiation Tasks - Aimed at new users, this area will highlight the 'Day 1' Data Initiation Tasks that every new Hermes user should complete. These tasks should be completed as soon as possible upon being granted access to Hermes.

• Full training and support will be provided during your transition to Hermes by your relevant Regional Office, who will be supported by the UGLE Training Team.
