'Lodge Management' Screen

Description

The 'Lodge Management' screen gives access to the 'Lodge Information', 'Lodge Officers', 'Dispensations', 'Annual Return' and 'Historical Installation Returns' screens. The primary use of the 'Lodge Management' section is for reviewing and amending data related specifically to your Lodge, including Officers, as well as applying for Dispensations and submission of Annual Returns.

Many of the screens within 'Lodge Management' do not require regular attention, but are still important in the overall management of your Lodge.

Options Available

•  'Home' - Returns you to the 'Home' screen.

•  'Lodge Information' - This screen holds information about your unit, such as the Consecration Date, Meeting Place, Meeting Date Formula and Upcoming Meeting Dates.

•  'Lodge Officers' - Here you can find a list of the current Lodge Officers, as well as have the option to set an office specific email address (e.g. SecL123@gmail.com).

•  'Dispensations' - From this screen you can apply for a Dispensation or view and download one previously applied for.

•  'Annual Return' - The 'Annual Return' screen is used to review both the UGLE and Met/Prov/Dist Return for your unit. We recommend you review this leading up to the end of the relevant year before sending it to your unit's Treasurer for approval.

•  'Maintain Historical Installation Returns' - This screen has now been disabled.

Additional Information

• The 'Navigation Menu' is not available on the 'Lodge Management' screen.
