'Member Management' Screen

Description

The 'Member Management' Screen gives access to the 'Current Members' screen, 'Past Members' screen, 'Joining Members' screen and 'Degree by Request' screen. The primary use of the 'Member Management' section is for managing the data held on your current, past and joining members.

For convenience, the 'Member Management' screen also includes bubbles showing the current Membership (split in to All, Subscribing, Honorary & Honorary Never Subscribing) and Joining Members (split in to All, Enquirer, Prospect & Candidate). These bubbles can be clicked to go to the respective list (Current Members or Joining Members) with the relevant filter applied.

Options Available

•  'Home' - Returns you to the 'Home' screen.

•  'Current Members' - Lists all Current Members, allowing you to review your current Membership and access individual Member Records as well as being able to copy all current members email addresses to clipboard for easy contact (e.g. emailing your Summons')

•  'Past Members' - Lists all Past Members, allowing you to review members who no longer hold a current membership within your Lodge/Chapter as well as access their records.

•  'Joining Members' - Lists all Joining Members, allowing you to progress them through stages from Enquirer to Prospect to Candidate. New enquirers are also added on this screen, as well as Honorary (Never Subscribing) Members.

•  'Degree By Request' - Lists all Degree By Requests that have been added through Hermes. This tile is hidden for Chapters as it cannot be used.

Additional Information

•  Bubble values will automatically update if your Membership or Joining Members list change. 

•  If your Lodge/Chapter has no Honorary or Honorary (Never Subscribing) Members then this bubble will not be displayed.

•  'Degree By Request' is only available when logged in as a Lodge and is hidden when logged in as a Chapter.

•  The 'Navigation Menu' is not available on the 'Member Management' screen.
