'Lodge Officers' / 'Chapter Officers' Screen

Description

The Lodge/Chapter Officers screen allows you to see your current Lodge/Chapter Officers, as well as assign an 'Office Email Address' to an Office. This means that all emails that are due to go to that Office holder will go to the Office Email Address, rather than their 'Personal Email Address'.

Options Available

•  'Edit Office Email Address' - Allows you to edit an email address associated with a specific Office within the Lodge/Chapter.

Additional Information

• You cannot delete a 'Office Email Address' within Hermes. Please contact your Regional Admin Office who will be able to remove it using ADelphi.
