Add a 'Presented / Posted Date'

Description

If a member has a 'GL Certificate Number' (or for Royal Arch, a 'GC Certificate Number') but no 'Presented/Posted Date' recorded, this can be added. This should be the date they were presented with the certificate, or that it was posted to them.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1: Open the 'Member Details' screen for the relevant member

Step 2: Click on the ‘Add Presented/Posted Date’ button within the ‘Masonic Information’ region of the ‘Masonic Information’ tab.

Step 3: Specify the 'Date Presented'

Step 4: Click ‘Save’

Step 5: Upon reading the confirmation message, click 'OK' to confirm the save

Additional Information

• If no 'GL Certificate Number' is held, a 'Presented/Posted Date' cannot be added. If you have this information you may be able to liaise with your relevant Regional Office to have this added.
