Hermes 'Help Guide'

Welcome to the Hermes 'Help Guide. Here you can access information about every area of the system, whenever you need it. The 'Help Guide' provides written information about every screen and process within Hermes, as well as useful 'How To' videos showing those processes. For your convenience the 'Help Guide' has been designed to mimic the structure of Hermes and therefore should be intuitive to navigate alongside the Hermes system. 

To get started, please click one of the following to navigate to that section.

•  'Home' - This is the first screen you see when logging in to Hermes.

•  'Member Management' - This is where you access 'Current Members', 'Past Members', 'Joining Members' and 'Degree by Request'.

•  'Lodge Management' - This is where you access 'Lodge Information', 'Lodge Officers', 'Dispensations', 'Annual Return' and 'Maintain Historical Installation Returns'.

•  'Meeting Management' - This is where you set up your 'Agenda' for an upcoming meeting or complete your 'Post-Meeting Report' after a meeting.
