'Dispensations' Screen

Description

The Dispensation screen is where you can apply for a Dispensation, view previously applied for Dispensations and download approved Dispensations.

The screen has a number of columns that are largely self-explanatory but for clarity please see below descriptions:
• Dispensation Number - A unique reference number assigned to a Dispensation when it is raised.
• Required By Date - The date selected for 'Required By' when applying for the Dispensation.
• Dispensation Type - What Dispensation was applied for, including the BoC rule/reg number.
• Current Status - The status of the Dispensation, this will most commonly be 'Pending' or 'Approved'.
• Issuing Authority - Who must approve the Dispensation, this will likely be your Regional Admin Office or UGLE/SGC.
• Fee Waived - This will display Y or N depending on whether any fee associated with the Dispensation has been waived.
• Nunc Pro-Tunc - This will display Y or N depending on whether the Dispensation was 'Nunc Pro-Tunc', which effectively means applied for retrospectively.

Options Available

•  Apply for a Dispensation - Apply for a Dispensation allows you to select from a list of the most common Dispensations and then enter the relevant details so that either your Regional Admin Office or UGLE/SGC can approve.

•  View a Dispensation - Allows you to view a specific Dispensation that has been previously applied for.

•  Download a Dispensation - Once approved, you will be able to download a PDF Dispensation with the relevant details entered which you will be able to either print, if you need to read it at your meeting, paste into your Minute book, or just report that you have received it at your meeting.

Additional Information

• If you no longer require a Dispensation after applying for it, please contact your Regional Admin Office.
