Reviewing an Annual Return
Description
To review what you will be charged for on your Annual Return, start by going to the Annual Return screen and then selecting the relevant tab (either UGLE/SGC Annual Return or Metropolitan/Provincial/District Annual Return). Once selected, you will see when the AR is due and the dues you will be charged for. Clicking on the name of a due will show you all records that are included. For subscription dues this will be a list of members, and clicking on the GL Ref will take you to that member's 'Member Details' screen where you can amend their membership if necessary.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1: Open the 'Annual Return' screen from 'Lodge Management'
Step 2: Select either the UGLE/SGC Annual Return tab or Metropolitan/Provincial/District Annual Return tab
Step 3: Review the number of each due you will be charged for
Step 4: Click on the 'Type' of due to see further information
Step 5: Make any amendments to member records
Additional Information
• You will not see the costs associated with Annual Returns until they become due.
