Send to Treasurer
Description
Once your Annual Return is due, you will be able to send it to your Treasurer for them to approve and ultimately pay. Please ensure you have reviewed the Annual Return yourself prior to this and made any required updates.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1: Open the 'Annual Return' screen from 'Lodge Management'
Step 2: Select either the UGLE/SGC Annual Return tab or Metropolitan/Provincial/District Annual Return tab
Step 3: Review the number of each due you will be charged for
Step 4: Once you have reviewed, click the 'Send to Treasurer' button
Additional Information
• You will not see the costs associated with Annual Returns until they become due.
• You can only 'Send to Treasurer' once the Annual Return is due.
• If both your UGLE/SGC and Metropolitan/Provincial/District Annual Returns share a due date, you will need to send them independently.
