Updating a 'Photo'
Description
Hermes has introduced the option to upload a photo on to a member's record. This photo will also be visible to other Hermes users, as well as ADelphi users (for example a Provincial Office). You must have permission from the member, preferably in writing, before uploading a photo and should they ever request it be removed you must oblige. You must also not upload a photo that includes others who may have not provided their consent, photos should be of the member alone.
We recommend using small, passport style photo in .jpg or .png file format that is ideally less than 50kb in size.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1: Open the 'Member Details' screen for the relevant member
Step 2: Click on the ‘Update Photo’ button within the ‘Personal’ region of the ‘Personal Details’ tab.
Step 3: From the modal screen, click on “Choose file”
Step 4: Select the photo you wish to upload from your computer and click 'Open'
Step 4: You will see the photo will appear on screen, click 'Save'

Step 5: Upon reading the confirmation message, click 'OK' to confirm the save
