Step 2: Click on the ‘Update’ button within the ‘Contact Details’ region of the ‘Personal Details’ tab

Step 3: Select the relevant 'Country' for the 'Alternate Contact Number' from the dropdown list

Step 4: Enter the new 'Alternate Contact Number' in the textbox, replacing the previous one if necessary

Step 5: Click ‘Save’

Step 6: Upon reading the confirmation message, click 'OK' to confirm the save

Additional Information

• We require the 'Country' of the 'Alternate Contact Number' when saving as we validate the phone number and ensure that it is valid for the country specified. While this helps to ensure accuracy of data, please ensure you are careful when entering phone numbers to ensure no mistakes are made.

• Hermes displays phone numbers dynamically, so that you will always see the International version (e.g. +44) if the Lodge/Chapter is in a different country to that which the phone number is valid for. For numbers within the same country as the Lodge/Chapter you will simply see the Domestic version (e.g. 020).
