Updating an 'Address' (Overseas)
Description
Every member should have an 'Address' recorded against their record. This should be their Primary Residential Address and should be updated if you are advised that they have moved house. Should the member have Additional Residential Addresses, PO Boxes or Work Addresses they would like recorded against their record, this can be done by your 'Regional Office' using ADelphi. Should a member wish to receive post from UGLE (e.g. the FMT magazine) to one of these alternative addresses this can also be arranged and updated by the 'Regional Office'. Unfortunately you may only see, and update, the Primary Residential Address with Hermes.
Overseas Addresses must be entered manually using the free text boxes provided. Unfortunately Overseas Addresses are therefore not validated and so please ensure you take extra care to enter them accurately.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1: Open the 'Member Details' screen for the relevant member
Step 2: Click the 'Update' button within the 'Address' region of the 'Personal Details' tab
Step 3: Select the relevant 'Country' using the dropdown
Step 4: Type in the address in the boxes provided
Step 5: Click 'Save'
Step 6: Upon reading the confirmation message, click 'OK' to confirm the save

• Please ensure accuracy when entering Overseas addresses as these cannot be validated.
