Video for 'Current Members' list but process the same

Description

The 'Past Members' list can be quickly and easily searched, sorted and filtered for convenient access to the information you require. If at any point you wish to return the list to it's original state, simply click the 'Reset Report' button.

Searching

To search, simply type in the 'Search Report' and click 'Go' to search the entire 'Past Members' list. The entire report is searched, allowing you to not just search by a member's name or 'GL Ref' but also dates, email address of phone number. Once a search is applied, you will see 'Row text contains...' above the report, and this can be either unticked or removed (by clicking the X).

Sorting

Columns in the 'Past Members' list can be quickly sorted by clicking on a column header and then selecting either the 'Sort Ascending' or 'Sort Descending' buttons to instantly sort it accordingly. To remove the sort, either sort by 'Join Date' ascending (the default for this report) or click the 'Reset Report' button.

Filtering

The 'Past Members' list can be filtered by clicking on a column heading and selecting either a value contained in the dropdown list, or by typing in the 'Filter...' field. Either way, you will see a green filter icon detailing the filter that is applying above the list, which can be either unticked or removed (by clicking the X).
