'Past Members' Screen

Description

The primary use of the 'Past Members' list is for you to review memberships of your Lodge/Chapter that have ended, regardless of the reason. You can access a past member's record, but can only see a limited amount of information. The only changes you can make to a past member's record is to change whether they are in arrears, or amend the amount they are in arrears.

The list can be searched, sorted and filtered so that you can easily find members and by clicking on their 'GL Ref' you will access their 'Member Details' screen, similar to the 'Current Members' screen.

Options Available

•  'Searching, Sorting & Filtering the 'Past Members' List' - The 'Past Members' list can be searched, sorted and filtered to help you find the member or information you need quickly. 

•  'Past Members 'Member Details' - Here you can view and amend data related to a specific past member. The data available is much more limited than on the 'Current Members' screen and the only change that you will be able to make is to amend their 'In Arrears' status and 'Arrears Amount'. 

Additional Information

• The 'Foreign Joiner' column will only display 'Yes' and is blank for any memberships that are not foreign joiners.

• The 'In Arrears' and 'Arrears Amount' columns will only show data if the member is in arrears. Anyone not marked as in arrears will not show any data in the column.
