Download a Dispensation

Description

After a Dispensation has been approved by the relevant Issuing Authority you will see the 'Download' button is displayed. Clicking this will download a PDF Dispensation with the relevant details entered which you will be able to either print, if you need to read it at your meeting, paste into your Minute book, or just report that you have received it at your meeting.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1: Open the 'Dispensations' screen from 'Lodge Management'

Step 2: Click the 'Download' button for the relevant Dispensation

Step 3: Open the downloaded PDF

Step 4: Print or save the Dispensation as required

•  You can only download a Dispensation once it has been approved.
