Description

If at any point you are unable to login to your account, you can use the 'Forgot Password' option on the login screen to reset your password. You will need to answer your Security Questions to complete this process.

•  Passwords must abide by the following requirements:

1. Be a minimum of 8 characters in length
2. Be a maximum of 20 characters in length
3. Be different to your previous Password
4. Contain at least 1 uppercase and one lowercase letter
5. Contain at least 1 number
