'Account Maintenance' Screen

Description
The 'Account Maintenance' screen is used to amend your Security Questions and Password, should you wish to change them. When accessing it, you will initially be asked to re-enter your current password. When you first log in to Hermes, you will be redirected to a version of this screen that requires you set up your Security Questions and a new Password.
Options Available
• 'Update Security Questions' - If you wish to change the security questions for this unit, or amend the answers, this can be done on the 'Account Maintenance' screen.
• 'Change Password' - This option lets you change your current Password at any time, should you want to update it or if you believe it may have been compromised.
• 'Forgot Password' - If at any point you are unable to login to your account, you can use the 'Forgot Password' option on the login screen to reset your password. You will need to answer your Security Questions to complete this process.
Additional Information
• Passwords must abide by the following requirements:
1. Be a minimum of 8 characters in length
2. Be a maximum of 20 characters in length
3. Be different to your previous Password
4. Contain at least 1 uppercase and one lowercase letter
5. Contain at least 1 number
