This webinar introduces Hermes, explaining what it is and why it is being introduced, as well as what's changing as a result of Hermes. There is then a series of demonstration videos showing an overview of the system, the process for setting or resetting your password once using Hermes, and then the Help Hub and Support System. It finishes with an explanation of Data Initiation (Week 1 Tasks) and then an overview of the remaining webinars available.
