Update Contact Details (Enquirer)

Description

This button allows you to amend the 'Contact Details' of an 'Enquirer'. You can however only do this for an Initiate, Foreign Joiner, Foreign Exaltee or Joiner Unattached. If you need to have the 'Contact Details' changed for a Joiner Attached or Exaltee you will need to advise that to contact the Secretary or Scribe E of a Lodge or Chapter they hold a current membership for who can make the change for them.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1: Open the ‘Prospective Members’ screen within ‘Member Management’

Step 2: Click on the Enquirer's 'Name' in the 'Prospective Members' list

Step 3: Click the 'Update Contact Details' button

Step 4: Amend the details as required

Step 5: Click 'Save'

Step 6: Upon reading the confirmation message, click 'OK' to confirm the change

Additional Information

• If you attempt to change the 'Contact Details' for an Attached Joiner or Exaltee, you will see the following message displayed “You cannot update this Members’ Contact Details as they are a current member of another unit. Please advise them to contact the Secretary or Scribe E of a unit they are a current member of to request any changes."
