'Prospective Members' Screen
Description
The 'Prospective Members' screen displays all potential joiners to your Lodge or Chapter, whether they be an Initiate, Exaltee, Attached/Unattached Craft/Royal Arch Joiner, a Foreign Joiner or Foreign Exaltee.
When accessing the screen you will see a list of all of your potential joiners displayed in order of their join statuses (Enquirer – Prospect – Candidate) and in the order they are created as an Enquirer and then progressed to Prospect and Candidate. Using the coloured circles on the right of the screen, you can toggle between these join types too.
The 'Prospective Members' screen contains the following columns:
a) Name will be the name of the potential joiner and his information is viewed by clicking on the name field
b) GL Ref will display if the person is already a member of UGLE or SGC and recorded on the database
c) Prospective Member Type is Enquirer – Prospect – Candidate
d) Enquiry Date is date of initial set up as a potential joiner (or date moved to Prospect & Candidate)
e) Status is where they are in the process displayed as Current or Halt. If this person did not continue, for whatever reason, they will not be visible to you
f) P – S – WM stands for Proposer, Seconder and Worshipful Master, which will display greyed out before each of them takes any further action. A red square will appear with a N to show that Proposer/Seconder has been added, which turns green when thy have approved the ORF. Likewise, the WM square will display red with a N until he has approved the prospective joiner’s ORF.
g) To be Initiated By will be populated when the Sec has set the date for the Initiation
Options Available
• Add Enquirer - This allows you to add an 'Enquirer', either an existing member or a new Initiate or Foreign Joiner. This is the first step in the ‘Prospective Members’ process.
Enquirer Stage
• Update Contact Details - This is where you can amend the 'Contact Details' for an Enquirer, however it is restricted for certain join types (e.g. Attached Joiner or Exaltee).
• Progress/Remove Enquiry - The second step in the 'Prospective Members' process, this would be actioned after an initial informal meeting with the 'Enquirer' where it is determined whether he should progress to the next step and complete the Online Registration Form (ORF).
• Resend Login Credentials - Allows the resending of the login credentials used by the prospective member to complete the Online Registration Form.
• View/Complete Registration Form - Once the Online Registration Form has been sent to the prospective member the Lodge Secretary or Chapter Scribe can, if necessary to assist, view or complete the form.

The options available when selecting ‘How will he be joining?’ are dynamic and will vary depending on whether you are accessing a Lodge or Chapter, and whether they are a current member.
