Resend Login Credentials (Enquirer)

Description

After progressing an 'Enquirer', they will automatically receive two emails, one with a unique link to Hermes and the other with a temporary password. This temporary password expires after 7 days but can be resent by following the steps below if required. 

If you are advised that they have not received either email please check the 'Personal Email Address' you have recorded and if it needs changing please follow the appropriate steps and then once changed, 'Resend Login Credentials'.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1: Open the ‘Prospective Members’ screen within ‘Member Management’ 

Step 2: Click on the Enquirer's 'Name' in the 'Prospective Members' list 

Step 3: Click the 'Resend Login Credentials' button

Step 4: Upon reading the confirmation message, click 'OK' to confirm the change

• Credentials sent using the 'Resend Login Credentials' button are only valid for 72 hours.
