View/Complete Registration Form (Enquirer)

Description

Once the Online Registration Form has been sent to the prospective member the Lodge Secretary or Chapter Scribe can, if necessary to assist, view or complete the form.

Viewing the form is important if the prospective member has any questions when completing it. 

Completing the form allows the Secretary or Scribe to complete the form with the prospective member directly within Hermes.

Please note: Once the form has been completed, there are further options to view or download it so this functionality is purely for assisting the completion.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1: Open the ‘Prospective Members’ screen within ‘Member Management’

Step 2: Click on the Enquirer's 'Name' in the 'Prospective Members' list

Step 3: Click the 'View / Complete Registration Form'

• Once finished click the 'Close Form' button to return to the 'Prospective Members' screen.
