Download Registration Form (Prospect)

Description

This functionality is used to download the Online Registration Form that an applicant has submitted.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1: Open the ‘Prospective Members’ screen within ‘Member Management’

Step 2: Click on the Prospect's 'Name' in the 'Prospective Members' list

Step 3: Click the 'Download Registration Form' button to download a copy of the applicants Online Registration Form as a PDF

Additional Information

•   The downloaded ORF should be sent to the Lodge/Chapter Committee prior to interview, if relevant, and used to read out the information when he is proposed

•   Once finished click the 'Close Form' button to return to the 'Prospective Members' screen
