Resend Login Credentials to Proposer/Seconder (Prospect)

Description

The temporary password is just that and will expire in 7 days. If the Proposer or Seconder has not confirmed the ORF within that timeframe, you will need to send either or both of them a new password. 

Please Note: At present, you are unable to amend the name of the Proposer or Seconder. If this is required, as he may have resigned or deceased, you should raise a Support Request and this should be escalated to UGLE.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1: Click on the Candidate’s name in the Prospective Member’s screen and a modal screen appears 

Step 2: Click on the “Resend Login Credentials” button and a small modal screen appears

Step 3: Select either the Proposer or Seconder from the dropdown list and click on the blue “Resend Login Credentials” button

Step 4: When the wheel stops turning, the credentials have been sent and this will be confirmed with an on-screen notification
