Resend WM Credentials (Prospect)

Description

The temporary password is just that and will expire in 7 days. If the WM has not approved the ORF within that timeframe, you will need to send a new password. 

Please Note: At present, if the WM has resigned or deceased, you will need to raise a Support Request to ask UGLE to approve the ORF.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1: Click on the Candidate’s name in the Prospective Member’s screen and a modal screen appears 

Step 2: Click on the “Resend WM Credentials” button

Step 3: When the wheel stops turning, the credentials have been sent and this will be confirmed with an on-screen notification
