Update Contact Details (Candidate)

Description

Should you become aware that the contact details for a Candidate are incorrect or have changed since he was entered as an Enquirer, you are able to update them in his contact record. 

Please Note: You can only do this if the Candidate is an Initiate or Foreign Joiner, Foreign Exaltee (ie. not already recorded on the UGLE database) or an Unattached Joiner. If the Enquirer is a Craft or RA Joiner or Exaltee, you will receive a notification on the screen informing you to request the changes to be made by the Sec/SE of any of his other units, where he is still a subscribing member.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1: Click on the Candidate’s name in the Prospective Member’s screen and a modal screen appears 

Step 2: Click on the “Update Contact Details” button 

Step 3: Another modal screen opens are you are able to update his email address, his preferred contact number or his alternate contact number in the prescribed fields 

Step 4: Enter the relevant contact information

Step 5: Click 'Save' 

Step 6: Upon reading the confirmation message, click 'OK' to confirm the change
