'Download Member List'

Description

The 'Download Member List' button allows you to download an Excel list of your members along with various additional pieces of information. This includes their GL Reference which has increased importance with the introduction of Hermes, but also their home 'Address', 'Personal Email Address' and 'Preferred Contact Number'.

Please Note: It is your responsibility to ensure that you have consent from each member to share their personal contact details with other members of the Lodge/Chapter.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1: Open the 'Current Members' list

Step 2: Click the 'Download Member List' button

Step 3: Read and and confirm you have understood the on screen guidance.

Step 4: Open the downloaded Excel document

Additional Information

• Members' 'GL Ref' has increased importance with the introduction of Hermes. Should a member visit another Lodge/Chapter and participate in ceremony they will need to provide their GL Ref so that this can be recorded against their record. It is worthwhile advising members of their GL Ref and asking them to make a note of it incase they require it in the future.
