'Current Members' Screen

Description
The primary use of the 'Current Members' list is for you to review your current membership and access their individual member records. You can also see 'Past Members' and access their records, though you will see (and be able to amend) less information than your current members. You can also click the 'Copy Email Addresses' button to copy all of your current members' email addresses, which can then be pasted in to an email in your preferred email client (for example if sending out the Summons).
The list can be searched, sorted and filtered so that you can easily find members and by clicking on their 'GL Ref' you will access their 'Member Details' screen, the key screen for amending your members personal data.
Options Available
• 'Searching, Sorting & Filtering the 'Current Members' List' - The 'Current Members' list can be searched, sorted and filtered to help you find the members or information you need quickly.
• 'Member Details' - Here you can view and amend all of the data held for each of your members. This is one of the most important screens in Hermes and is core to maintaining your membership.
• 'Past Members' - Here you can view and amend data related to past members. The data available is limited (for GDPR) reasons and the only changes that you will be able to make is to amend their 'In Arrears' status and 'Arrears Amount'.
• 'Copy Email Addresses' of Current Members' - If you need to send an email to all of your current members, you can use the 'Copy Email Addresses' button to copy all emails to your clipboard and then paste them in to the BCC field of an email in your preferred email client.
• 'Download Member List' - You can download a Current Member List by clicking the 'Download Member List' button.
Additional Information
• The filter bubbles seen on the 'Member Management' screen are also displayed to the right of the 'Current Members' list.
• Bubble values will automatically update as your membership changes.
• If your Lodge/Chapter has no Honorary or Honorary (Never Subscribing) Members then this bubble will not be displayed.
• If you amend the report, you can click the 'Reset Report' button at any time to return it to its default state.
