Past Members 'Member Details' Screen

Description

The 'Past Members' 'Member Details' screen shows you information related to a member who no longer holds membership of your Lodge/Chapter. The amount of information available is reduced when compared to the 'Current Members' 'Member Details' screen. You are also restricted to only amend the member's 'In Arrears' status and 'Arrears Amount'. 

If for example, you have accidentally resigned a member and they are now showing as a 'Past Member' you will need to liaise with your relevant Regional Office for assistance.

Options Available

•  'Updating a Past Members' 'In Arrears' -  If you wish to amend whether a 'Past Member' is 'In Arrears' and the 'Arrears Amount' this can be achieved here.

• If you require information about a member after they are marked as a 'Past Member', please contact your relevant Regional Office who should be able to assist.
